Nexus Performance exists at the intersection of rehabilitation and performance.
No random workouts. No guess work. Each session is designed with a clear plan, while accounting for your unique movement history, to build strength and long-term resilience.
Finished physical therapy... but not back to 100%? This is for you.
If you're dealing with nagging, recurring injuries or your body keeps breaking down when you push it, this is for you.

Paul is a personal trainer turned physical therapist. He helps people get stronger after injury.
His approach includes:
Clinical understanding of injury and medical history
Identifying movement limitations, compensations, and weak links
Focus on long-term resilience, not quick fixes
The goal of his sessions is to build a body that can handle more without breaking down.
